**The opportunity**

We are seeking a **Systems and Virtualization Engineer – IT/OT** for our Technology Strategy & Transformation team.
**About the project**
You will join as a technical PMO for systems in a project involving the migration and redesign of IT platforms, including virtualized environments and their secure integration with OT systems at airports.
**Your mission**
Ensure that migrations of virtualized systems and platforms are executed in a controlled, secure, and operationally non-disruptive manner, acting as the technical PMO between execution teams and project leadership.
**Responsibilities**
* Coordinate analysis of the existing systems infrastructure:
* + Physical and virtual servers.
+ Dependencies between IT and OT systems.
* Oversee the design and deployment of the new IP addressing scheme.
* Plan and monitor the migration of virtualized platforms:
* + VMware
+ Hyper\-V
* Supervise the reconfiguration of virtual machines:
* + Validation of network changes.
+ Control of testing and acceptance.
* Coordinate connectivity testing and validation of critical services.
* Ensure proper integration of OT systems (e.g., SCADA) from control and security perspectives.
* Guarantee operational continuity during migration windows.
* Review and validate technical documentation, migration plans, and test results.
* Manage project risks, incidents, and dependencies.
* Report status, milestones, and deviations to project leadership.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
* \+5 years of experience in systems and virtualization projects.
* Experience in technical coordination, PMO, or ATCV roles.
* Solid knowledge of:
* + Linux and Windows Server
+ Virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V)
+ System and network migrations (at design and control levels).
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and vendors.
* English proficiency at B2 level.
**Preferred qualifications**
* ITIL v4 or similar certification.
* Experience in critical or industrial environments.
* Prior experience as a technical PMO in complex projects.
