The ideal candidate must also possess programming skills to customize and integrate systems. Location: Burgos Responsibilities: Implement and manage CRM and ERP solutions to optimize business processes. Configure and administer electronic invoicing systems in compliance with current regulations. Develop and analyze reports using Business Intelligence tools for decision-making. Program customized solutions and integrate various technological platforms. Train end users and provide technical support when required. Identify opportunities for improvement in the company's technological processes. ### **Requirements** Proven experience handling CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). Solid knowledge of electronic invoicing. Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, among others. Ability to work with APIs and perform system integrations. Experience in digital enterprise environments.
