We seek an entrepreneurial individual with business vision, execution capability, and a relevant network of contacts within the industry. Responsibilities * Participate in defining and launching the new gastronomic concept. * Identify business and growth opportunities. * Develop strategic partnerships and supplier relationships. * Search for and negotiate locations. * Develop the operational and commercial model. * Conduct financial analysis and expansion strategy planning. * Oversee market positioning and commercial strategy. Requirements * Experience in the restaurant/fast food sector. * Strategic yet operational profile. * Experience launching or scaling gastronomic concepts. * Excellent commercial and negotiation skills. * In-depth knowledge of the market and industry trends. * Relevant network of contacts in the restaurant industry. * Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach.
