Projects with high potential and strategic involvement **Real Estate Manager – Real Estate Portfolio Development** About the Project We seek to hire a Real Estate Manager to jointly develop with us a new business line focused on acquisition, renovation, and resale of residential assets. We are looking for a candidate with strategic vision, hands-on experience in real estate operations, and a solid network of market contacts. Main Responsibilities * Identification and sourcing of real estate opportunities. * Feasibility and profitability analysis of assets. * Management of acquisition and disposal transactions. * Coordination of renovations and asset value optimization. * Liaison with property owners and agencies. * Development of a network of collaborators and partners. * Market monitoring and opportunity identification. * Participation in portfolio growth strategy. Requirements * Proven experience in residential real estate investment. * In-depth knowledge of the real estate market. * Experience in buying/selling transactions and renovations. * Active network of sector contacts. * Analytical capability and business acumen. * Autonomous, commercially oriented, and results-driven profile. * Experience negotiating off-market assets. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in house flipping or value-add strategies. * Financial knowledge and transaction structuring expertise. * Experience working with investors. * Knowledge of premium market segments.
