




Job Summary: This person will support the Compensation & Benefits Manager by managing collective agreements, policies, and all processes related to payroll, social insurance, and benefits. Key Highlights: 1. Full payroll and social insurance (SILTRA) processing. 2. Management of immigration procedures and social benefits. 3. Active participation in Compensation & Benefits (Comp&Ben) projects. This person will support the Compensation & Benefits Manager by managing compensation and benefits agreements and policies, including administration processes, payroll processing, and accounting for all Company employees. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Full payroll and social insurance (SILTRA) processing. * Tax filing and coordination with the Tax Authority (Hacienda). * Generation and submission of payroll transfer files. * Preparation and management of the payroll accounting file. * Processing of employment contracts, registrations, deregistrations, and modifications in Social Security through the RED System. * Management of temporary disabilities, direct payments, coordination with Mutual Insurance Companies, and reporting of work-related accidents via the DELTA System. * Up-to-date application of current labor legislation and monitoring of regulatory changes and collective bargaining agreements. * Management of trade union elections. * Preparation and support during inspections by the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) and Labor Inspectorate. * Resolution of inquiries and procedures before official agencies. * Management of immigration-related procedures and formalities (visas, permits, renewals). * Processing and management of social benefits: pension plans, insurance (life/medical), advances, etc. * Active participation in Compensation & Benefits (Comp\&Ben) department projects. * Management and control of salary increase and bonus/variable compensation campaigns via Workday. * Coordination of procedures related to international social security, communications regarding employee assignments abroad, and tax obligations for expatriates. * Updating and maintaining the corporate ERP system (Workday). * Review and signing of CPD’s (Data Protection Documents, as per procedure). * Employee inquiry handling and resolution, ensuring a responsive, agile, and employee experience-oriented service. **Required Profile:** * Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources. * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of SILTRA, RED System, DELT@, payroll software (Epsilon), etc. * Workday knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Organization and planning skills. * Internal/external customer orientation. * Teamwork capability. * Familiarity with payroll software and official agency tools. * Knowledge of labor, tax, and labor relations regulations. **Job Posting End Date:** 2026\-05\-30**Target Hire Date****:** 2026\-06\-01**Target End Date**:
