Join us and be part of the future of smart buildings! **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Monitor BMS-connected systems such as HVAC, lighting, alarms, access control, and energy management. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure operational continuity and maximum efficiency. * Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring maximum system reliability. * Participate in BMS implementation and upgrades to improve building performance and automation. * Install, configure, and commission automation control systems in facilities and buildings as required. * Provide technical support: maintain and troubleshoot issues related to customers’ automated systems. * Prepare detailed technical reports documenting BMS system status and actions taken. **What Profile Are We Looking For?** Intermediate/Senior Vocational Training in Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in BMS or building automation systems. Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and access control systems integrated into BMS. Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and DALI is considered an advantage. Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and control diagrams. PRL training (60-hour Preventive Resources course) is desirable. Willingness to travel within the assigned geographical area. Valid driver’s license.
