The selected candidate will support recruitment processes, candidate management, and interview coordination, and will be part of a close-knit team focused on professional development. **Responsibilities** · Posting job openings on employment portals and professional networks. · Conducting **resume screening** and preliminary candidate selection. · Conducting telephone and in-person interviews. · Coordinating interviews. · Monitoring the process until onboarding. **Requirements** · Degree in Labor Relations, HR, or related field. · Prior experience in a similar role (preferred). · Strong communication and organizational skills. · Interest in developing a career in HR within the textile sector. · Full-time position .
