Job Description: **MISSION** Define, develop, and implement reliable, secure, cost-effective, and durable software design patterns, standards, and coding practices aligned with Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure guidelines. Foster adoption of these practices across development teams and act as a technical reference in the claims and provider network domain, ensuring robust and scalable solutions that support efficient claims management. **MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze and develop projects and enhancements for current and future company solutions using .NET and Java platforms, ensuring architectural integrity, robustness, flexibility, and scalability. * Prepare technical and user documentation to facilitate appropriate use of developed applications. * Collaborate in defining structuring and innovative technological solutions within the ecosystem of claims management applications. * Participate from the IT perspective in functional analysis of requirements, interpreting business challenges and translating them into efficient technological solutions. * Develop with focus on design patterns, reusability, software quality, security, scalability, and maintainability, ensuring overall solution robustness. * Maximize technological and functional versatility by acquiring new competencies and promoting best practices across development teams. **PROFILE** **Education:** * Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. **Experience:** * Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including projects related to claims, provider management, or similar domains. **Technical Knowledge:** * C# and ASP.NET: web application and REST/ASMX service development. * Java and JEE: EJBs, Hibernate, JPA, JUnit, Maven, JMS, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL integration. * Continuous integration: Git, Jenkins, Artifactory. * Databases: Oracle. * Design patterns, reusability, security, scalability, and maintainability in development. * Desirable knowledge: Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Event Hubs, MQ, JavaScript, Angular, Dojo, HTML5, CSS3. * Valuable experience in provider management within the insurance sector, as well as with platforms such as PostgreSQL and OpenShift. **Languages:** * Intermediate level of spoken and written English. **Skills:** * Technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, sharing to achieve success. * Results-oriented mindset and proactivity. * Ability to work effectively in extended teams and collaborate efficiently. * Capability to define robust and scalable technical solutions. * Focus on quality, security, and development best practices. **Why Join AXA Spain?** AXA Spain is one of AXA’s most significant Talent Centers, with over 3,000 employees working on local and international projects.
