Our technology team will walk you through our tech stack, introduce you to all team members, and ensure you understand the full context needed to grasp the project and the environment you’ll be working in. You’ll likely join mid-sprint. Every day starts with a relaxed, friendly daily stand-up at 10 a.m., where everyone briefly shares progress on their projects, followed by each team’s own dedicated dailies. During this first month, both your development teammates and our project managers will support you with anything you need for the project you’ll be working on. We communicate primarily via Discord, document in Drive and Notion, and hold meetings using Google Meet. We also commonly use Monday, Trello, and Jira — depending on the project. **Subsequent Months** As you grow more familiar with the project, the team, and the tech stack, you’ll help estimate tasks and development efforts to prioritize the project backlog. Some sprints will include improvement work — optimizing performance, refactoring code, removing legacy systems, eliminating bottlenecks, and ultimately enhancing future scalability. We actively encourage teammates to propose ideas and share them without hesitation — whether improvements to existing features or new functionalities that could positively impact the projects you’ll work on.
