The technical profile will collaborate on operational, technical, and communication tasks, as well as mentoring and continuous training to foster professional development within the team. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Communication with faculty, academic coordinators, and administrative staff. * Attending meetings and drafting minutes. * Administering online surveys to various stakeholders involved in the program. * Providing advisory support to program participants (faculty members, evaluators, coordinators). * Collaborating on updating the evaluation manual and associated tools. * Supporting the configuration of the software application supporting the program. * Coordinating with the IT team and other departments for information collection. * Preparing materials for monitoring reports and public dissemination. * Supporting other departmental projects. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 1 year of experience in academic management activities or participation in projects within the field of higher education. * Education: University degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Sociology, Educational Sciences, or related fields. * Technical knowledge: Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
