We aim to hire an **Auxiliary Services Assistant** to carry out various coverage assignments at major cultural venues located in **Bilbao**. Your mission will be to guarantee an enriching experience for visiting members of the public. **Imagine your daily routine:** * Welcoming visiting members of the public and guiding them during exhibitions, as well as managing various museum access points. * Ensuring compliance with the venue’s regulations, contributing to the preservation of collections and exhibited artworks within the cultural space. * Checking the proper functioning of various exhibition elements and handling replenishment of informational materials. * Monitoring visitor capacity and waiting/access times. * Informing visitors and carrying out room evacuations prior to the museum’s closing time. **What we offer:** * **Opportunity** to join a leading cultural management team committed to promoting the value of cultural heritage and making it accessible to people. * **Training and continuous learning:** You will grow in an environment encouraging you to make small decisions daily, where making mistakes is also part of the process. * **Working hours:** 39.30 hours per week. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 09:30 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00; Sundays from 09:30 to 14:00. * **Contract type:** Temporary. * **Start date:** Immediate. * **Workplace location:** Bilbao. **Requirements:** --------------- * A person with excellent communication skills, capable of capturing the public’s attention and generating interest; passionate about art, service-oriented, a team player, and able to resolve incidents promptly and effectively. * **Education** in Humanities, History, Art History, Fine Arts, Tourism, Advertising and Public Relations, or equivalent fields. * Prior experience in customer/public service will be highly valued. * **Languages:** Native or bilingual proficiency in Basque and Spanish; advanced English. Knowledge of French will be considered an asset. * **Most important:** Being a person capable of delivering unique experiences through art and culture, with enthusiasm.
