The main duties include: \- Planning of tasks. \- Performing preventive maintenance according to the quality manual. Completing the corresponding form. \- Following corrective maintenance procedures as outlined in the quality manual. \- Repairing and/or supervising breakdowns. Verifying that breakdowns are fully resolved. \- Implementing the Legionella prevention process. Completing the corresponding records. \- Ensuring facilities comply with current regulations.\- Responsible for directing the emergency plan. \- Maintaining and preserving hotel facilities and furniture in perfect condition. \- Diagnosing the condition of facilities and reporting to the hotel manager. \- Promoting and implementing energy-saving and energy-efficiency measures. \- Managing inventory and spare parts, subject to management approval. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS \- Experience in a similar position. \- Technical education + installer certifications. \- Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.). \- Commitment, rigor, and dedication. ### **Offer** OFFER \- 25-hour weekly contract. \- Competitive salary. \- Genuine opportunities for professional growth within the chain.
