This time, we are hiring for the position of "Process Technician" at our Vilagarcía de Arousa plant. Your mission will be to pursue continuous improvement of our plant’s production lines and various production processes. You will see how your proposed ideas deliver real impact on company efficiency and productivity, as well as improve employee well-being. Main Responsibilities: * Diagnosis, analysis, and monitoring of various parameters across production lines. * Identification of potential deviations. * Proposal of improvement ideas and evaluation of the extent to which proposed improvements are achieved. * Verification of compliance with work instructions and product specification sheets. * Creation, updating, and verification of compliance with WIs (Work Instructions). * Conducting industrial trials and product sampling. * Analysis and reporting of conclusions and incidents. ### **Requirements** • Education related to the role/sector; ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering with specialization in process optimization, Biology, Chemistry, or similar; and/or vocational training in Quality and Processes within the Food Industry, Aquaculture, etc. * Prior experience in continuous improvement / methods and time studies is desirable. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Intermediate English (B1\-B2\) is highly desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts: morning (6:30 – 14:30\) / afternoon (15:30 – 23:30\). ### **What We Offer** What do we offer? * A stable position in a multinational company undergoing expansion. * Continuous and personalized training tailored to your needs and those of the team. * A benefits platform offering discounts across various brands.
