Job stability and opportunities for professional development. **Job Description** We are looking for a Construction Laborer to join our team and assist in the execution of building and renovation projects. The selected candidate will support skilled workers and supervisors in various on-site tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials. * Preparing and cleaning work areas. * Assisting with masonry, formwork, and other construction tasks. * Operating basic hand and power tools. * Removing debris and maintaining site order. * Complying with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements** * Prior experience in construction is valued but not mandatory. * Training in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) — 20 hours for the construction sector — or willingness to obtain it. * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work collaboratively in a team. * Responsibility, punctuality, and a proactive attitude. * Valid driver’s license category B (valued). * Availability for immediate start. **We Offer** * Employment contract according to the construction sector collective agreement. * Full-time working hours. * Job stability and opportunities for professional development. * Ongoing training in safety and work procedures. * A positive work environment.
