What Are We Looking For? * Prior experience as a Hostess or in customer service within premium or luxury restaurant environments. * Proficient use of reservation management tools (e.g., CoverManager or similar). * Advanced Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus). * Impeccable presence, excellent communication skills, and strong customer orientation. * Strong organizational ability, composure, and multitasking capacity during peak demand periods. * Proactive attitude, natural elegance, and passion for excellence.
