We look forward to having you on board to continue offering unmatched moments to our customers! * You will be our customers’ first impression: warmly and elegantly welcome guests visiting El Portal. * Manage reservations and table assignments, efficiently organizing service flow. * Coordinate with the dining room team to ensure a seamless, attentive, and uninterrupted guest experience. * Anticipate customer needs, providing personalized and memorable service. * Represent El Portal’s values with impeccable conduct, aligned with our gastronomic value proposition. What Are We Looking For? * Prior experience as a Hostess or in customer service within premium or luxury restaurant environments. * Proficient use of reservation management tools (e.g., CoverManager or similar). * Advanced level of Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus). * Impeccable presence, excellent communication skills, and strong customer orientation. * Organizational ability, composure, and multitasking capacity during peak demand periods. * Proactive attitude, natural elegance, and passion for excellence.
