**Available Position:** Administrative Assistant (Document Scanning and Digitization)
The primary responsibility of this role is the digitization and scanning of clinical documentation, ensuring its proper organization and archiving. **Responsibilities:**
* Review, validation, and scanning of clinical information in EMR systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
* Organized management of documentation, guaranteeing correct archiving and traceability of information.
* Identification and resolution of issues related to documentation and administrative processes.
* Collaboration with the team on administrative and support tasks as required by the department.
* Support in optimizing internal processes, proactively contributing improvements.
**Requirements:**
* Highly organized, meticulous profile with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to concentrate and manage tasks requiring precision.
* Problem-solving mindset with autonomy in task management.
* Interest in learning and acquiring new knowledge.
* Proactive, curious attitude with high level of engagement.
* Prior education or experience in document management / clinical documentation will be especially valued.
* Proficiency with computer tools (experience with EMR systems is a plus).
