We are seeking a **Project Technician / Technical Office professional** with experience in the glass or metal carpentry sector to join our team. **Responsibilities** * Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of projects. * Reading drawings, setting-out plans, and measurements. * Evaluating solutions that add value in terms of cost, quality, or innovation. * Preparing customer quotations including product and installation. * Developing production drawings for the manufacturing team. * Collaborating with other team members to coordinate and execute projects. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in the role. * Technical knowledge of materials: glass, profiles, hardware, and sealants. * Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers and customers. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and similar software. * Experience with ERP InGnio or other metal carpentry management software. * Valid driving license (category B) and availability for occasional off-site visits. **Soft Skills** * Dynamic and solution-oriented individual with strong adaptability. * Strong teamwork orientation, collaborating closely with commercial and production teams. * Analytical capability and rigor in decision-making. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with interest in improving processes and outcomes. * Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a company experiencing continuous growth. * Full-time on-site work in Alaquàs (Valencia). * Chance to develop high-value projects. * Permanent contract. * Compensation according to collective agreement and aligned with candidate’s experience and merit. * Continuous training and opportunities for internal growth. **Get to know us through:** * **Instagram:** @cristaleria\_santafosta * **Our Website:** https://www.santafosta.net Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from €1.650,00 per month Experience: * Procurement: 1 year (Desirable) * Glass: 1 year (Desirable) * Metal carpentry: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
