Responsibilities * Assess, in collaboration with the family, the child's needs. * Develop individual support plans and necessary reports; provide guidance, follow-up, and evaluation for each child. * Implement the physiotherapy program according to each child's specific needs. * Provide direct care to users during individual and group treatment sessions (as scheduled). * Guide and coordinate with the team to develop individual plans for each child. * Participate in internal coordination meetings. * Family support and accompaniment. * Coordinate with external professionals (other APADIS services, physicians, schools, specialists, etc.). * Participate in organizational improvement processes and working groups. * Organize and participate in service and APADIS outreach activities. * Prepare and deliver area-specific training within APADIS. * Knowledge of recommended practices. Experience Experience in early intervention centers and pediatric physiotherapy will be valued, as well as experience in collaborative work with families.
