We are seeking a **Technical Assistant for Medical Devices \- Orthopedics**, who will ensure expert advice, assistance, and adaptation of technical aid products to patients in our clinics or hospital centers, while promoting sales of various orthopedic products.

**Your responsibilities at PRIM:**
* Assess and advise patients to determine the technical aids and orthopedic products they require.
* Visit hospitals, clinics, special education schools, foundations, and all other centers where people with disabilities are present, in order to offer our products and services.
* Adapt required technical aid devices for patients based on medical prescriptions, whether custom-made or standard products.
* Design assistive products in accordance with Royal Decree 1591/2009, dated October 16, ensuring patient safety and health are not compromised.
* Prepare quotations for customers after assessing their needs.
* Train patients on the use of orthopedic devices and technical aids.
* Ensure patients pay their invoices and advance payments are collected when appropriate.
* Conduct clinical sessions with customers to introduce new market products.
* Carry out medical promotion visits to acquire and retain customers (e.g., rehabilitation specialists, traumatologists, etc.) at healthcare facilities, advising them on new products and techniques in orthopedics.
* Provide psychological support to patients by applying appropriate communication and assistance techniques aligned with their psychosocial characteristics.
* Coordinate with other departments to achieve synergies and joint actions toward shared goals.
* Propose specific improvements or changes to optimize task performance.
* Comply with quality standards and efficiently achieve assigned sales targets.

**Requirements**

**What you need for your application to be considered:**
* Training as an Occupational Therapist, certification as an Orthopedic-Prosthetic Technician, or over 3 years’ experience in the field of technical aids.
* With formal qualification: minimum 6 months’ experience; without formal qualification: minimum 3 years’ experience in the technical aids sector.
* Proficiency in office software at user level.
* Strong communication skills and ability to attend to patients.
