Achieving **€1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will overcome through the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people—another success story we will write together. **What are we looking for?** At **Babel**, we seek an **OutSystems Tech Lead** to technically lead development projects on the platform, define solution architectures, and ensure application quality, scalability, and maintainability. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Technically lead the team, serving as a reference point for designing and developing OutSystems solutions. * Define application architecture, data models, and integrations with external systems. * Establish development standards and ensure adherence to best practices. * Supervise code reviews, identify technical debt, and guarantee software quality prior to each deployment. * Participate in technical planning, estimations, risk management, and coordination with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and architects. * Design and oversee **CI/CD** strategies, deployments via **LifeTime**, and environment management. * Optimize application performance, SQL queries, scalability, and component reuse. * Define security strategies, authentication, access control, and compliance with standards such as **OWASP** and **GDPR**. * Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting continuous improvement and technical growth of the team. **✅ Requirements** ---------------- * Experience as a **Tech Lead** or technical reference in projects developed with **OutSystems**. * Advanced proficiency with the platform and its tools: **Service Studio, Integration Studio, LifeTime, Architecture Dashboard, Discovery, AI Mentor, and Service Center**. * Experience in architecture design, **REST/SOAP** integrations, SQL, security, performance, and application optimization. * Knowledge of **DevOps**, **CI/CD** strategies, version control, and deployment management. * Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and defining development standards. * Ability to make technical decisions, manage risks, and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and functional stakeholders. * **Desirable** * Official OutSystems certifications such as **Associate Developer, Professional Developer, Tech Lead**, or **Architecture Specialist**. * Advanced knowledge of test automation and observability. * Experience in medium- to large-scale enterprise projects and integrations with corporate systems (ERP, CRM, identity, etc.). **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
