We seek a candidate with a strong technical foundation who wishes to combine development, technical decision-making, and leadership within a multidisciplinary team. This position requires close involvement with code and active participation in solution delivery—it is not solely a management role. **What will you do?** * Technically lead the team and support decision-making. * Design and develop microservices and APIs using Java and Spring Boot. * Participate in development, testing, and production deployment of new features. * Define scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions. * Promote engineering best practices, quality, security, and observability. * Work using SDD and leverage Claude Code (or similar). * Collaborate with product, business, UX, QA, and architecture teams. **Requirements** Prior experience as Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior Software Engineer. In-depth knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservice architectures. Experience working with APIs and system integrations. Knowledge of hexagonal architecture and distributed systems. Ability to provide technical leadership and unblock teams. English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
