From **OTP – Technical Prevention Office**, we continue to grow and are seeking to hire **an Administrative Assistant** to join our team.

You will join a company specialized in Occupational Risk Prevention, within a stable project and a close-knit work environment.
We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented, and customer-focused individual who wishes to develop their professional career in the administrative field and become part of our team.
**The Team**
You will join a team that provides necessary support and guidance during your onboarding. An experienced **Registered Nurse (DUE)** will assist you in learning OTP’s internal work systems and help you adapt to the role.

**What will your day-to-day look like? / What will your responsibilities be?**
* Assisting in budget preparation and contract review.
* Invoice management.
* Managing and monitoring overdue payments.
* Customer service via telephone calls and email.
* Communicating courses through the IDUE platform.
* Managing students on the IDUE platform.
* Supporting essential administrative tasks required for the department’s smooth operation.
**What are we looking for?**
* Vocational training, preferably with a specialization related to business administration.
* Prior experience in administrative roles.
* Experience in External Prevention Services (SPA) is especially valued.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite at a professional level, particularly Excel, is mandatory.
* Customer orientation and strong customer service skills.
* Problem-solving ability.
* Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented individual.
* Driver’s license: not mandatory but advantageous.
* Personal vehicle: preferred.
**What do we offer?**
* **Initial substitute contract, with realistic prospects of permanent employment.**
* Full-time position.
* Approximate annual gross salary of **€18.000**.
* Working hours from Monday to Friday, **8:00 to 15:00**, plus two afternoons per week (Monday to Thursday) from **16:00 to 18:00**.
