The selected candidate will play a key role in preparing tenders and bids, contributing to strategic decision-making and ensuring the technical and economic viability of projects. **Responsibilities** ---------- **What will your duties be?** * Analyze tender documents and technical project documentation for tenders or bids. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, evaluating resources, costs, and timelines. * Request and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Prepare documentation for public or private tenders and bids. * Calculate measurements and quantities of work or materials. * Identify technical and economic risks associated with projects, proposing preventive measures and solutions during project execution. * Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and commercial departments. * Monitor cost and profitability indicators. * Support initial planning of resources, timelines, and means required for project execution. * Conduct site visits to estimate costs for assigned tasks. **Requirements** -------------- **What qualifications must you meet?** * University degree in Technical Architecture, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Studies Technician on similar construction projects. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation, measurement, and budget preparation. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Organizational, planning, and teamwork skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft, Presto, AutoCAD, and Project. * B2 level English is desirable. **Benefits** -------------- **What do we offer?** * Joining a company in full growth. * Continuous training: Access to training programs. * Permanent employment contract. * Access to flexible compensation. * Strong focus on detail and work quality. * One additional vacation day every three years. * Weekly fruit. * Hybrid work arrangement. * Enjoy a free day on your birthday
