Responsibilities include sampling, basic analyses of pomace, and general support to the technical team during peak activity months. Specialized laboratory assistant training is required, via professional certificates or equivalent qualifications. It is essential to possess appropriate preparation to carry out assigned tasks. The position is temporary employment with a duration of three months and full-time working hours. In July, working hours will be split-shift; thereafter, shift work will apply. The annual gross salary is 17\.800 euros.
