Reporting directly to the Manager of the reception center, the person holding this position will be responsible for welcoming and accompanying individuals or families admitted to YMCA’s reception facilities, responding to their needs and strengthening their capacities for autonomous development within the host society. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide information and guidance to participants in reception facilities, explaining program functioning, logistics, etc. * Supervise and advise beneficiaries on daily-life activities necessary for personal or family care. * Carry out necessary procedures for prevention and/or treatment in the healthcare domain. * Ensure appropriate reception and adaptation to individual needs at the center; provide necessary equipment; guarantee hygienic\-sanitary conditions; ensure correct use and maintenance of facilities. * Ensure appropriate reception and adaptation to individual needs at the center and provide necessary equipment; guarantee hygienic\-sanitary conditions; ensure correct use and maintenance of facilities. * Identify, design, implement, and evaluate activities promoting coexistence within reception facilities. * Monitor assigned tasks and interventions outlined in intervention pathways. * Advise, collaborate with, and accompany beneficiaries in completing procedures to access services or manage resources. * Supervise residents’ maintenance tasks at the center or reception housing. * Design and conduct individual, group, and community-based activities and dynamics—especially for adults—to support cultural contextualization and orientation. * Participate in evaluation activities, prepare reports, and carry out administrative tasks associated with transitioning individuals from one project phase to another. * Conflict resolution and neighborhood and intercultural mediation. * Support the multidisciplinary intervention team in all tasks arising from daily work. * Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team. * Register data in internal and external databases. **Profile:** Qualification in Social Education or Higher Education in Social Integration, Socio-Cultural Animation, or Mediation. * Demonstrable experience in temporary accommodation facilities or centers serving vulnerable populations, preferably migrants. * Prior experience in supporting disadvantaged groups. * Languages: French, English, Arabic, Wolof, Bambara, Soninke **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Training in gender equality. * Victims of gender-based violence or persons experiencing social exclusion. * Persons with officially recognized functional diversity exceeding 33%. **OFFERED:** * Full-time working schedule. * Working hours: **Flexible schedule.
