Description

The production operator will perform essential tasks for the operation of the manufacturing workshop. Their primary responsibility will be assembling and handling industrial components, following established procedures to ensure correct component assembly. In addition, they will play a key role in quality verification, visually inspecting parts and semi-finished products to detect possible defects or deviations from standards. Work will take place on a production line, making it essential to maintain a coordinated pace with the rest of the team. The professional will also support various basic assembly area tasks, contributing to material preparation and maintaining order and cleanliness at their workstation. This position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail and commitment to safety will be valued traits for achieving daily production goals. The workshop operates under quality parameters that must be respected in all process stages. Adaptability to different tasks within the assembly line will be an important characteristic for successful performance in this role, which is fundamental to the final product delivery. The offered economic compensation is EUR 13.09 gross per hour, plus a night shift allowance for applicable shifts in accordance with current legislation. Immediate hiring for this position is possible. The work schedule is organized into rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night periods. Previous experience in industrial environments or on production lines is positively valued. It is mandatory to hold the valid 20-hour metalworking course. Full availability to work rotating shifts—including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends—is required. The minimum educational requirement is Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. A personal vehicle is required, or the candidate must have autonomous means of transportation to reach Meliana. Prior experience as a production operator is considered suitable.
