What we offer: your well-being matters to us * **Stable contract:** Part-time position with 25 weekly hours, direct employment. * **Competitive salary:** Base salary of €800–€1,500/month. * **Schedule:** Afternoon shifts, expandable to mornings. * **Unique work environment:** A young, motivated team with great chemistry. Your responsibilities: what your day-to-day will look like * **Personalized design:** Create customized training programs aligned with each client’s goals and conditions (health, performance, weight loss, rehabilitation). * **Guidance and motivation:** Lead individual or very small group sessions, correct technique, and ensure an excellent experience. * **Ongoing follow-up:** Conduct initial assessments and periodic evaluations to measure user progress. * **Client retention:** Build trust-based relationships to help clients maintain exercise adherence. * **Facility care:** Keep the training area tidy and ensure equipment remains in good condition. What we’re looking for in you: our ideal candidate * **Relevant education:** Bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFyD), Higher Technician in Physical Conditioning (TSAF), or equivalent official certifications. * **Residence in Burgos**, or willingness to relocate. * **Social skills:** A communicative, empathetic person with strong listening abilities. * **Proactive mindset:** Positive energy, initiative, and eagerness to contribute ideas to the team. Salary: €12.50–€16.00/hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week Work location: On-site employment
