We are seeking an experienced butcher or butchery assistant with expertise in the meat industry to join a food-sector company in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Responsibilities include cutting and portioning beef and pork, preparing and trimming cuts, as well as cleaning and maintaining the work area. Handling and storing products in compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations is also required. Experience operating a band saw is especially valued. Applicants must demonstrate proven experience in butchery, particularly in beef and pork cutting, as well as knowledge of cut preparation and cleaning. Candidates should be responsible, organized, and capable of working effectively in a team. A personal vehicle is required for commuting to the workplace. **A part-time contract with fixed schedules is offered:** Sundays from 16:00 to 00:00, and Mondays and Thursdays from 21:00 to 05:00\.
