We are seeking a **Commercial Engineer** to join our team — a technically skilled professional with a business orientation, capable of interpreting technical specifications and customer requirements. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will play a key, strategic, and high-impact role within a rapidly growing organization. **Responsibilities:** \- Develop a commercial plan to achieve sales targets and objectives. \- Manage potential customers. \- Prepare and track commercial proposals. \- Set pricing and margins. \- Conduct sales and product training. \- Customer retention and training. **Requirements:** \- Degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering, or a Higher Vocational Training qualification related to Design, Mechanics, and/or Industrial Production. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD. Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements. \- Autonomy and strong organizational skills. \- Excellent communication skills. \- Negotiation ability. \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a commercial professional. **We offer:** \- Annual salary range between €26,000 and €28,000 \+ 10% to 15% commission on sales (monthly commissions). \- Company vehicle and fuel. \- Flexible working hours.
