Participate in high-impact technology transformation projects. **Description:** ---------------- At **NS Group**, we are looking to hire a person for the position of **Infrastructure Project Manager**, who will participate in strategic projects for one of our key public-sector clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for the **planning, coordination, and monitoring of technology infrastructure projects**, leading initiatives spanning from the definition and installation of new environments through to their deployment, evolution, and maintenance. To achieve this, they will work closely with specialized technical teams and architects across various disciplines. This is a role with a **primarily remote** working arrangement, requiring **occasional office attendance** at our **Barcelona office**, as project needs dictate. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the **end-to-end management of technology infrastructure projects**, ensuring achievement of defined objectives, timelines, and quality standards. * **Coordinate multidisciplinary teams** involved in the design, deployment, and maintenance of technology platforms. * **Organize and oversee technology transformation projects**, including greenfield initiatives—from initial installation through to operation and support. * **Define work plans, priorities, risks, and dependencies**, ensuring efficient project execution. * **Coordinate collaboration** among **technical teams, architects, vendors, and business units.** * Perform **monitoring of milestones, deliverables, and service levels**, driving continuous process improvement. * Ensure appropriate **project documentation** and documentation of managed technology environments. * Apply both **agile and traditional project management methodologies**, tailored to the requirements of each initiative. **What We Are Looking For** * Experience in **project management** * Demonstrable experience in **planning, organizing, and managing technology projects.** * Experience in **technology transformation projects.** * Ability to **execute, monitor, and control projects.** * Knowledge and experience with **Agile methodologies.** * Experience working with **Kanban.** * Excellent **organizational, coordination, and team leadership skills.** **Join Our Team** Would you like to lead high-impact technology projects and participate in strategic infrastructure transformation initiatives?
