Ability to understand the construction process of steel structures **Steel Structure and Metalworking Draftsman (Remote)** Job Description We are looking for a draftsman to collaborate remotely on **steel structure and metalworking projects**, primarily focused on workshop drawing production, component drawings, and technical modeling. This is a stable collaboration with potential for progressive growth based on workload and performance. Main Responsibilities * Preparation of workshop drawings for steel structures * Creation of component drawings and material lists * Basic 2D/3D structural modeling (depending on skill level) * Review and revision of drawings according to technical instructions Requirements * Technical drawing knowledge applied to metalworking and steel structures * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) * Experience with 3D modeling software is desirable * Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting * Responsibility in meeting delivery deadlines * Attention to detail and technical rigor Especially Valued * Prior experience in metalworking and steel structure workshops * Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes * Ability to interpret engineering drawings * Background in drafting education (e.g., vocational training or equivalent) with willingness to specialize Conditions * Remote work * Initial part-time schedule (possibility of expansion) * Integration into a growing project * Stable collaboration subject to satisfactory performance * Compensation commensurate with experience What We Really Seek We do not seek merely a CAD operator, but rather a professional capable of understanding the steel structure construction process and evolving into an autonomous technical role within an engineering office.
