Positive work environment and collaborative team At Duoly Digital, an online marketing agency specializing in B2B and digital internationalization, **we are looking for an SEO Junior**, eager to learn, grow, and deliver value from day one. Under the guidance of the SEO Manager, your mission will be to implement and manage the agency’s clients’ search engine optimization strategies. **Essential Requirements** * Education in Digital Marketing * Prior SEO experience (minimum 12 months) \- This is a mandatory requirement; please refrain from applying if not met. * Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (ability to read and understand code) \- This is a mandatory requirement; please refrain from applying if not met. * Technical foundation enabling understanding of how websites function internally. * Knowledge of SEO fundamentals: * On-page SEO (metadata, headings, internal linking, etc.) * Keyword research * Indexing and crawling * Basic proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.) * Analytical ability and results orientation * Proactivity and eagerness to learn * Must be available to work on-site in Barberà del Vallès. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress * Experience with visual builders (Divi, Elementor, etc.) * Familiarity with tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar * Understanding of technical SEO (Web Performance Optimization, Core Web Vitals, website architecture) * Basic knowledge of digital marketing (Ads, email marketing, CRO, etc.) * Familiarity with Claude Code, Verdent, or AI-based code development tools **Main Responsibilities** * Supporting SEO audits * Optimizing content and pages (on-page SEO) * Analyzing keywords and competition * Conducting basic code reviews to identify SEO improvements * Monitoring rankings and key metrics * Collaborating with development and content teams **What We Offer** * Continuous SEO and digital marketing training * Opportunity for growth within the agency * Participation in real projects from day one * Positive work environment and collaborative team * Flexibility and work-life balance: Our offices are located in Barberà del Vallès, and our work model is hybrid.
