We seek a candidate with solid technical expertise (skilled technician level), combined with leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities—serving as a key reference on site and ensuring correct work execution. **Your mission:** * Supervision and execution of low-voltage electrical installations. * Coordination and leadership of on-site teams of skilled technicians (task assignment, progress tracking, and technical support). * Advanced interpretation of technical drawings: * Reading of symbols and notation. * Planning of routing layouts and execution phases. * Installation and supervision of electrical systems: * Cabling. * Electrical panels. * Luminaires, switches, and other components. * Autonomous resolution of technical issues on site. * Quality control of completed work. * Coordination with site managers and other departments. * Compliance with and supervision of occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations on site. **What we require:** * Technical education: Medium or Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electrical Installations. * Proven experience as an electrician and prior experience coordinating teams. * PRL certification for electrical installations. * Solid knowledge of the Spanish Low-Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT). * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * A proactive, solution-oriented profile focused on results. **What we value:** * Experience as a site supervisor or team leader. * Ability to manage multiple concurrent work fronts. * Communication and people management skills. * Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting deadlines. **We offer:** * Competitive salary (indicative range above skilled technician level). * Permanent contract. * In-house professional development opportunities. * Positive work environment and job stability.
