At **DORMITY**, the industry-leading manufacturer and retailer of sleep systems with over 30 years of experience and a network of more than 70 retail locations, we are seeking commercial talent for our physical stores in Barcelona. ***Responsibilities:*** Your role will be essential in ensuring each customer enjoys a unique and personalized shopping experience: * Active listening and tailored consultation for each customer based on their actual needs. * Driving sales confidently, convincingly, and with thorough product knowledge. * Quotation follow-up and contributing to customer loyalty. * Ability to guide customers through to purchase decisions, ensuring an excellent experience while building trust and delivering value. ***What We Offer:*** · Permanent contract · Base salary (€20,920 gross annually) + variable compensation, resulting in an average annual gross salary between €30,000–€40,000. · 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Saturday, split shifts (10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:30). · Initial and ongoing training on sales techniques and products provided by our professionals, equipping you with all necessary tools.
