This position focuses on delivering high-quality customer service within a specialized children's fashion retail environment. Key responsibilities include direct interaction with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on available clothing and accessory collections. The role requires meticulous store organization, ensuring the sales area remains presentable, tidy, and appealing at all times—contributing to a positive shopping experience and fostering customer loyalty. Additionally, the sales assistant will handle daily store operations, which may include restocking merchandise, inventory management, and participation in promotional activities designed to increase foot traffic and sales. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, where effective communication with the team is essential to ensure service consistency and achievement of sales targets. Adaptability to varying daily demands—while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented attitude in all situations—is highly valued. Working hours amount to 20 hours per week, distributed across variable shifts that may include morning and afternoon sessions. The start date is scheduled for August 31. A temporary contract is offered, initially lasting 3 months, with the possibility of permanent integration into the staff upon successful completion of this period. Remuneration is set at 9.86 euros gross per hour. Possible working schedules include Monday mornings, Thursday and Friday afternoons, and Saturday double shifts, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. At least one year of demonstrable experience as a sales assistant in the children's fashion sector is required. A commercially oriented profile is essential, demonstrating motivation, proactivity, and a positive attitude toward work. The minimum educational requirement is Compulsory Secondary Education. Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory, along with solid expertise in customer service, sales techniques, and personalized customer advisory.
