Job Summary: You will participate in the design and development of Data Center projects, collaborating closely with engineering teams from the initial phases through to project execution. Development of conceptual designs, basic designs, and executive architectural designs #### **Mission** *You will participate in the design and development of Data Center projects, collaborating closely with engineering teams (MEP, structural, etc.) from the initial phases through to project execution.* #### **Responsibilities** * *Development of conceptual designs, basic designs, and executive architectural designs.* * *Preparation and coordination of graphical and technical project documentation.* * *Architectural coordination with MEP, structural, and other consulting disciplines.* * *Support in preparing and reviewing tender documentation (scopes, technical criteria, quantity take-offs).* * *Tracking of technical project documentation, change control, and coordination with various stakeholders.* * *Development and editing of drawings and BIM models where applicable.* * *Participation in technical meetings with clients, contractors, and subconsultants.* #### **Technical Profile and Required Competencies** * Accredited degree in Architecture * 2\-3 years of experience in similar roles * Experience in developing technical and executive projects. * Advanced proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD and Revit are mandatory. * Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams. * Advanced level of English (mandatory) * Prior experience in industrial, technology, or Data Center projects is desirable. #### **What We Offer** Fixed salary \+ variable component (bonus based on achievement of annual objectives) Flexible compensation plan Hybrid work model Flexible working hours – shortened Friday schedule and reduced hours in July and August #### **Who We Are?** B\-Global Tech provides engineering, architectural, and consulting services for data centers, telecommunications and IT infrastructure, with a focus on innovation and application of cutting-edge technologies, as well as implementation of new strategies for sustainable construction.
