Job Description **What challenge do we propose?** For our EGGS Design team, we are looking for a **UX/UI Designer with experience in Salesforce environments**, to join our team and lead the enhancement of user experience across our digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, efficient, and business- and user-aligned solutions. Requirements **What are we looking for?** * Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI design * Demonstrable experience in Salesforce projects * Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar * Knowledge of Design Systems and interaction patterns * Experience working with agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) * Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into UX solutions * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively **Responsibilities and Functions** * Design customer-centric user experiences within the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) * Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs * Participate in user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis * Collaborate closely with business, development, and product teams * Optimize user flows in CRM and internal tools * Ensure consistency across design systems and style guides * Translate functional requirements into clear and effective visual solutions Additional Information **What do we offer you?** * Permanent contract and full-time schedule * 23 vacation days * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language competencies.
