Job stability and remuneration negotiable according to experience Facility Maintenance Team Leader (Technical-Manager Profile) **Job Description** -------------------------- Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its Energy Services division, seeks to hire a Facility Maintenance Team Leader with a hybrid profile in the Community of Madrid: an individual capable of leading and managing their assigned technical team, while also being able to perform technical tasks when required. Main responsibilities include: * Execute and supervise electrical and HVAC maintenance work in facilities. * Intervene in HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection systems, coordinating or directly executing tasks as needed. * Diagnose malfunctions and provide agile and efficient technical solutions. * Ensure compliance with applicable current regulations. * Manage and monitor the work order workflow via the GMAO system.
