Job Summary: We are seeking a technician with experience in air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems to perform comprehensive maintenance of air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal operation and resolution of incidents. Immediate availability and capacity for prompt onboarding A technician is required for comprehensive maintenance of air conditioning systems across various buildings in Madrid. Responsibilities will include preventive servicing of boilers and associated equipment, as well as interventions in plumbing and electrical systems, with the aim of ensuring optimal operation and incident resolution. Candidates must possess proven experience in air conditioning and practical knowledge in electrical and plumbing fields. This is a temporary position with potential for extension. Immediate availability and capacity for prompt onboarding are required. Candidates should hold specialized training in air conditioning, and their commitment should contribute to team stability and reduce high turnover. Consistency and dedication will be valued. Various shift options are offered to meet service requirements. Available shifts are 07:30–15:30, 13:00–20:00 (including Saturday compensation from 08:00 to 13:00, as these are 7-hour shifts), and 09:00–18:00\. The first shift, typically assigned to the team leader, may occasionally be covered by other team members. Duties will be carried out in the Colón area. Experience in air conditioning. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. Full and immediate availability. Training in installation and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
