Contract duration: temporary, covering a medical leave, with duration tied to the incumbent's recovery, subject to extension depending on the situation's evolution. Main responsibilities and tasks: * Diagnose, repair, and validate Dyson appliances in accordance with brand standards. * Meet repair turnaround time requirements. * Improve first-time repair rate. * Verify and locate spare parts received from the warehouse. * Verify the replacement and scrap process according to guidelines. * Participate in training for new products and follow brand guidelines. * Identify counterfeit products per official guidance. * Provide global support across all workshop activities (covering the full repair workflow). * Collaborate on local and European projects and initiatives. * Manage repair orders in Salesforce, ensuring SLA compliance. * Provide quality feedback to the Workshop Coordinator to improve market service and customer experience. * Package and unpack products, including proper waste management. * Promote teamwork within the workplace. Educational and Experience Requirements: * Experience in a service/technical or manufacturing environment. * Basic knowledge of English. Technical Competencies: * Ability to diagnose and repair electronic and electromechanical equipment. * Proficiency in using manual, electric, and specialized tools and equipment. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and management software such as Salesforce. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
