If you identify with our core values, we look forward to meeting you! www.telefonicatech.com**What do we do in the team?** Within Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech’s **Cybersecurity Technical Consulting Unit**, we specialize in delivering Cybersecurity Consulting, Audits, and Architectures with a technical focus. **What will your day-to-day be like?** Your mission will be to ensure proper service delivery, guarantee compliance with required SLAs, supervise and manage resources, and provide technical support to the team. Your daily responsibilities will primarily include: * Client interaction: + Participation in follow-up meetings with the design team. + Acting as the single technical point of contact for service tracking and for receiving assigned tasks. + Reporting to the client’s service-using unit. + Monitoring the technical activity of the service. * SLA compliance tracking and KPI monitoring: + Ensuring compliance with SLAs established for security-by-design services. + Identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions before they impact delivered services. + Guaranteeing delivery quality. + Proposing improvements to service processes, tools, and procedures. * Resource management: + Planning and optimizing resource allocation to meet client-defined priorities. + Ensuring service continuity. **And for this, we believe it would be ideal if you had…** **Experience** * 3 years of experience in similar roles. **Education** * Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent qualification. **Technical knowledge** We require you to have: * **Administration knowledge of:** * Service systems and platforms: operating systems, databases, applications, web portals, APIs. * Communication equipment: firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, SDN. * Virtualization technologies: VMware, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift. * Public Clouds: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and OCI. * **Technical knowledge of protocols and operation of technologies** supporting current services and systems. * **Security-by-design knowledge**, enabling identification of vulnerabilities, threats, and risks affecting services and systems, as well as necessary technical security measures for mitigation. * **Technical knowledge of dashboard generation and management:** + Tracking development of tools enabling automation of security-by-design processes—or parts thereof—as identified by the client. + Governance of dashboards and metrics on activity, efficiency, and compliance of automated processes for the service. + Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other automation tools. **LANGUAGES** * Intermediate/advanced written English. **For this role, the skills that would best align with the team and project are:** * End-to-end vision of Security Architecture and Secure Development. * Technological and business vision. * Autonomy and initiative. * Trust and excellence in execution. **What do we offer?** * Work-life balance measures and flexible working hours. * Continuous training and certifications. * Hybrid remote work model. * Attractive social benefits package. * Excellent dynamic and multidisciplinary work environment. * Volunteering programs. **\#WeAreDiverse \#WePromoteEquality** We firmly believe diverse and inclusive teams are more innovative, transformative, and deliver better results.
