Position Summary: We are seeking a technician to support construction projects, including quantity surveying, budgeting, tender management, personnel supervision, and site direction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration and support in assigned projects 2. Supervision of personnel and site management 3. Post-sales incident management in the residential sector and renovation projects We are an architecture, asset management, and construction firm with over 20 years of experience. We are looking for a technician for immediate incorporation into our construction department. **Job Description** Collaboration and support in assigned projects, in accordance with instructions from the supervisor and procedures established by SK Servicios. **Responsibilities** Preparation of measurements and budgets. Conducting Risk Assessments and Safety Plans. Negotiating tenders with subcontractors, monitoring progress, and certifying work. Supervising in-house personnel and collaborating companies. Site management, documentation control, and final settlement. **Work Areas** Post-sales incident management in the residential sector. Office renovation. Retail. Residential renovation. **Requirements** Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Valid driver's license. Geographic availability. Completion of the 60-hour PRL course will be considered an advantage.
