Job Summary: We are seeking field technicians specializing in networks and systems to manage incidents and maintenance tasks, acting as the client's complete IT department. Key Highlights: 1. Intensive work schedule on Fridays We require two individuals to fill the position of field technician for networks and systems at an IT company in Madrid, with expertise in network creation and administration, servers, virtual environments, etc. Our mission toward the client is to serve as their complete IT department. The position involves resolving incidents and performing maintenance across various companies, either remotely or on-site as required, gaining familiarity with diverse client environments. Responsibilities span from troubleshooting PC errors to resolving issues or configuring new systems within physical or virtual server environments. Required skills: Windows PC and Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP), VMware, Hyper\-V Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) Synology NAS administration Equipment configuration and assembly, as well as hardware diagnostics Knowledge of backup environment configuration and management (Veeam, Acronis, etc) HelpDesk experience Preferred qualifications and experience: Networking and security (Cisco, Ubiquiti, Mikrotik) VPN, firewalls, and cybersecurity (Sophos, Fortinet) MDM, Microsoft Intune IP and mobile telephony Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience and valid Class B driver's license Professional appearance, punctuality, teamwork capability, and foreign language proficiency are valued.
