The **Industrial Services** team specializes in selling new equipment, maintenance, and spare parts for cranes, hoists, and lifting machinery—ensuring safety and optimal performance across various industries. Job Description We are seeking an experienced **Service Planner** to join our team in Vic. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of lifting equipment, ensuring its safe and efficient operation. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Coordinating internal teams and subcontracted services, including rentals. * Generating service requests and work packages, and assigning them to Service Technicians. * Scheduling and dispatching service technicians. * Reviewing labor costs, including labor, expenses, and materials. * Raising and verifying purchase orders. Requirements **What we’re looking for in you:** • Experience in an administrative / planning role. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. * Demonstrable commercial acumen (margin and profitability). * Strong IT skills, especially in Excel. * Ability to focus on meeting weekly performance targets/deadlines. * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
