Attracting, recruiting, and training the **team**. Placing and receiving **weekly orders**. Conducting **monthly inventories**. Ensuring compliance with the **Sibuya** brand standards. Cost and sales control. Working with tools such as Mapal, Cover Manager, Excel... Resolving any **incidents** that may arise on-site. Complying with **occupational safety** and **health regulations**. What do we offer? Indefinite-term contract. Full-time schedule. Salary: €21,164.04 gross/year + monthly allowances (night shifts, additional compensation, etc.). Plus performance-based variable pay. Two days off per week.
