Position Summary: Psychologist for individual, group, and family support with children, adolescents, and their families, safeguarding their protection and well-being. Key Points: 1. Intervention with children, adolescents and families using restorative techniques. 2. Coordination and case follow-up with educational centers and organizations. 3. High motivation for working with minors and promoting child well-being. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Relevant experience working with children, adolescents and/or families is desirable. A Master’s degree in individual and/or group/family intervention, psychological and/or educational intervention in childhood and adolescence, or specialization in General Health Psychology is desirable. Possession of a certificate confirming absence of criminal records related to sexual offenses. High motivation for working with minors. Persuasive and influential. **Desired Qualifications:** ------------------------ ASSESSMENT CRITERIA: Languages, proactivity, positive attitude, teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and high learning capacity. **Job Position:** ---------------------- FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES, including but not limited to: * Schedule and implement individual/group/family support sessions. * Participate in assessments regarding the need for and appropriateness of individual or group psychological support, together with the educational team. * Provide reflective elements facilitating understanding of emotional and relational dynamics from a psychological perspective. * Intervention using restorative techniques. * Participate in activities with children, adolescents and their families (CAAF), team meetings, and the annual program evaluation. * Coordinate and follow up on cases with educational centers and organizations in which CAAF participate. * Safeguard the protection and well-being of CAAF. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Permanent **Working Hours:** ------------ * Full-time **Working Schedule:** -------------------- Full-time (37.5 hours/week) **Minimum Education:** --------------------- * Psychology **Conditions:** ---------------- SALARY: 27\.500 \- 29\.000 euros gross/year.
