At COMMONSENSE, we are recruiting for a meat-processing company located near Girona. We seek a professional with production and team management experience to join the morning shift. You will coordinate a team of approximately 25 people in a dynamic, stable, autonomous environment offering clear career progression. Your main functions and responsibilities will include: * Coordinating and supervising daily production activities. * Organizing teams and allocating tasks according to operational needs. * Managing incidents and ensuring continuity of production processes. * Ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational health and safety (PRL) standards. * Supervising production records, batches, and lots. * Participating in onboarding and training of new staff. * Leading operational meetings and promoting continuous improvement initiatives. * Monitoring production KPIs and proposing improvements. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Morning or afternoon shift. * Opportunity to join a stable company with a positive work environment and growth potential. **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in production supervision or coordination. * Experience leading work teams. * Proactive, solution-oriented profile with strong organizational skills. * Experience in the food industry is highly desirable. * Knowledge or experience with thermo-sealers is particularly valued. * Personal vehicle. * Availability to work fixed morning or afternoon shifts.
