Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support the operational and administrative management of the warehouse, efficiently controlling stock, orders, and incidents. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking to hire a **Warehouse Assistant** to strengthen our team. The selected candidate will support the proper operational and administrative management of the warehouse, ensuring efficient control of stock, orders, and incidents. Main Responsibilities: * General warehouse management and organization. * Receiving, inspecting, and storing goods. * Order preparation, management, and tracking. * Preparing customer quotations. * Inventory and stock control and updating. * Tracking and resolving incidents related to orders or deliveries. * Processing and tracking product warranties. * Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: * Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar roles (preferred). * Basic administrative management knowledge. * Proficiency with computer tools (email, Excel, management software). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactive, solution-oriented individual with good teamwork abilities.
