We are committed to professional and personal development. **What are we looking for?** We seek to incorporate into our team a **Procurement and Order Technician**, with experience in industrial, naval, rail, or aerospace sectors, to work at our clients’ facilities in **Cartagena, Murcia.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Managing the end-to-end procurement process and preparing related documentation. * Issuing requests for quotations and conducting market inquiries. * Creating and closing projects for quotation receipt in SAP. * Managing incidents and closing non-conformities affecting orders. * Preparing reports for each contract (delivery planning, technical documentation, deliverables, etc.). * Managing contract closure and settlement. * Monitoring delivery of service, material, and equipment orders. * Tracking compliance with delivery deadlines and associated documentation requirements. * Drafting minutes, including required supporting documentation. * Monitoring follow-up actions arising from procurement committees. * Updating databases. **Requirements:** * Education: University Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent. * Knowledge of Public Sector Procurement Law, Microsoft Office Suite, OpenText, and SAP. * Demonstrable experience in SAP/4HANA. * English language certification at B2 level\. * Personal vehicle for commuting. **Want to know more?** We belong to a leading company in the quality and engineering sectors, with over 20 years of experience.
